Uniform Agreement for 2009

 

 

As a Dora Marching Band member it is my responsibility to protect my uniform from any damages.  I agree that my uniform will be in excellent condition at all times. 

 

 

____I will return my uniform in excellent condition on its assigned hanger immediately after each performance. My uniform will never leave the school unless I am performing.

 

_____ If my uniform is not returned within one hour of our return to campus, I understand that I may be charged $25.00 a day until the uniform is returned.  If I fail to turn in my uniform within 72 hours, I understand that I own the uniform, which is a charge of $350.00, unless I have contacted the band director or uniform booster.

 

_____ I will only drink water while in uniform, unless otherwise advised. I will not eat in my uniform unless otherwise advised.

 

_____ I will always wear my uniform in its entirety in public. I will not walk around with my uniform half on.  My uniform will never touch the ground or be found off of its assigned hanger, i.e. balled up, wrinkled or folded. This includes my shako.

 

_____ At every performance, my 2009 band t-shirt will be worn under my uniform.

 

____ My uniform will be returned in its entirety (jacket, cape, shako, plume)

 

 

I have read and agree with the terms listed above. Any breach of this agreement will result in appropriate disciplinary action and full repayment of damaged or lost merchandise.
